Spn question!

(Hey, is there a spn factfinders type community where I should be asking these?)

We know Sam is tall. Do we know when (at what age/grade) he experience his teenaged growth spurt? Is that canon at all?

As far as I know there's no canon info on when Sam hit his growth spurt. :)

There is no real canon info, but putting together a few things, like a cannon line and experience as the mother of a boy, I can say this. In the pilot he says "Sammy is a chubby 12 year old." So, growth spurt after 12. My son hit his around 14 and didn't get near as tall as Sam/Jared and it still hurt. Leg cramps, etc. So I'd say between 13 and 16 Sam was shooting up like a weed and in some serious pain.
