And All the Seas and its sequel Prodigal Sails by mrshamill. McKay/Sheppard. These two stories are short but they pack a big punch.

The Ten Commandments of Rodney McKay by moonlettuce. John/Rodney, NC17, flips back and forth between past and present in a way that's very compelling.

Acidimia by sheafrotherdon. John/Rodney, PG. John's made into a runner by the Wraith. Intense and beautifully written.

Entangled Particles by zinfic, and its sequel, Spatial Separation. John/Rodney earth AU where Rodney's an author. NC17. Awesome snarky Rodney.

Waking by sheafrotherdon. 300 words, McKay/Sheppard. Short, but there's so much to it.

Wide Open Ocean by setissma. McKay/Sheppard, Earth AU, R. He went home with two slices of leftover pizza and the strange impression that McKay could almost have been a nice guy, if he hadn’t been an asshole. So good!

Torchwood -

Starring Mr Ianto Jones As Himself by basingstoke Ianto/Jack, NC-17, no specific spoilers but plenty of more general ones. Plenty of fun character interaction between all the characters.

Swordspoint -

Secret of Its Skeleton by wordsofastory. Alec/Richard, NC-17, no spoilers. What do you do when you're stuck inside from the snow? Or, Alec sulks and winter sucks.

danawoods pointed these out, and holy moly are they incredible. McShep genderfuck (with John cross-dressing, and from the number of people who have the first of the two stories tagged at Del.icio.us I'm very late to the party) and the angst, John's sheer fucked-up-edness over what's happening, is so incredibly and perfectly written. NC-17, if that wasn't totally clear.

Second Prime by imperfectcircle. McKay/Sheppard/Zelenka, R. I have to say I think the threesomes in this fandom are the hottest ever, and this is an excellent example. Radek's voice is PERFECT.

Learning to Fly by cottontail73. McKay/Sheppard, R, spoilers for S3 episodes including "McKay and Mrs Miller" and "The Return Pt 1." McKay and Sheppard on earth. Soooo delicious.

Rollin' by tzi and zaganthi. Atlantis/Supernatural crossover. That's right, McKay/Dean Winchester. NC-17. Gah. What an idea, and what an execution. Left me wide-eyed and impressed.

Worst-Case Scenario by Isis. Oh, such yummy h/c. Action! Adventure! McKay/Sheppard. PG-13.
