Five Favorite Fics meme

Post a list of your top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.

Act of Nature, co-written with janedavitt. Giles/Xander. I adore writing with Jane -- she's so easy to work with and I think we've really challenged each other while having incredible amounts of fun at the same time. This is also the fic that gave us our beloved John (and, some time later, Nick.) Giles and Xander were just so compelling in this story, the setting inspired us, and really there's just nothing about it that I don't love.

Reality Bends, co-written with flaming_muse. Spike/Wesley. Technically this isn't a story, exactly, but it was a daily presence in my life for an entire year and it means *so* much to me. It's not perfect -- it's an RPG, so by its very nature it can be repetitive and in need of editing, but none of that matters in the grand scheme of things. I love it.

(Wow, this is really hard. I only get to choose *5*?

On Life and Living. (SGA, John/Rodney Earth AU.) I love this story because it was incredibly fun and fast to write. I didn't stumble, the characters did what they wanted and took me along for the ride, and Rodney was so rude most of the time that I found myself grinning like a goon on multiple occasions.

Let the World Spin. Spike/Dawn, post-apoc. There are so many things I love about this story -- the action, the way the plot moves them along from location to location, the way Dawn grows up.

Change of Heart. There's no way I could do a top 5 list and NOT include my original OTP, Angel/Wesley. This story took them into the Wishverse, and the setting shaped Wesley into someone I hadn't expected but really, really enjoyed, and of course there was a good dose of h/c, which always makes me happy.

Change of Heart is one of the *few* Angel/Wesley fics I can enjoy, just because many of the ones I read seemed to turn Wesley into Uber!Sub when he's with Angel and I gave up. So thank you for that.

All of these are wonderful and lovely and definitely worth re-reading.

I know, you've written so many stories that that makes it harder. I found that as much as I loved some of the shorter stories, the longer ones stand out...
