Mmm green water.

A couple of years ago I bought this powdered green stuff that you mix with water and drink. It's supposed to be really good for you and a few people swore it would cure my fatigue and other mystery symptoms. Of course, one of those people was the one who sold me the green powder ($100 for the little jar, eek!) Anyway, it didn't make me feel anything different but an increased need to pee -- you were meant to drink something insane like 4 quarts a day or something -- so I quit drinking it after a few weeks. I recently found it in the cupboard and decided I paid enough for it that I ought to use it up, so I've been drinking one sports-bottle worth each day. It's a little gross.

I'm re-watching the US Queer as Folk. I only have the first three seasons, so once I get to the end of S3 I either have to get 4 and 5 from Netflix again or call it quits there. Hrm.

what's in the green stuff? i'm just curious, because it's GREEN. o.O

i have s5 of qaf on disk, if you want to borrow it when you get to that point. it's avi's, tho - someone burned it to disk for me. altho netflix might actually be easier.... but i offer it anyway. :>

It's all kinds of powdered stuff -- greeen Kamut grass, barley grass, lemon grass, shave grass, wheat grass, bilberry leaf, alfalfa leaf, dandelion leaf, black walnut leaf, etc etc. That sort of thing.

Thanks for the offer re: QaF 5 -- I'll probably just get it from Netflix unless I feel like braving the scariness of eBay, LOL! *Hugs you*

apparently s5 was the weakest season, so i'd say get it from netflix before you decide to buy. i haven't actually seen it yet.

I did see S4 and S5 from Netflix a while back, and I actually thought S5 was better, in some ways, than S3 and S4.
