Mostly complaining

My writing is so not happening. Well, it is, it's just that actual progress isn't happening. I've hit my typical "story is 90% finished" wall, which means I know how the story ends but can't actually seem to get there. I keep writing 8 paragraphs, deleting them all, writing 6 paragraphs, deleting 4, writing 10, deleting 10, etc. I'm getting nowhere really, really slowly, and it makes me want to bang my head against a wall.

Plus right now I'm crashing so hard -- I'm so exhausted all of a sudden, all I want to do is go to sleep, but I have to make dinner (well, first I have to decide what to make for dinner and I'm uninspired.) I keep yawning and my brain is totally de-railed.

*Yawns more, then bangs head against wall*

I frequently hit both walls. When I hit that dinner wall, I either order delivery (pizza or rarely Chinese), or make either a cheese-board night with salads or when the kids were little a "make your own submarine sandwich" meal.

Terribly unoriginal, but hey. It's a result of the one time the kids tried to make dinner for me because I was ill -- fish sticks (burned), french fries (still frozen) and frozen peas (cold but edible).

We had frozen pizza. :-P It wasn't all that good or exciting, but it was food.
