It'll have to come out.
Out? Out of my head?
Um, sorry.
But my brain really does hurt and I'm hoping someone might be able to rec me some stories from this year's Secret Slasha or Yuletide? I want to read good fic but I don't have the energy or patience to go sifting through everything that's available

Date: 2005-12-29 04:15 am (UTC)als Selbstzweck (http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/archive/17/alsselbstzweck.html), a beautiful Swordspoint fic, all sharp edges wrapped in pretty prose. If you haven't read the original book, as noted above, you really should.
The First Moving Picture Show (http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/archive/16/thefirst.html) is a wonderfully plotty sequel to a very slashy book.
Hair Today (http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/archive/18/hairtoday.html) is, despite its rather wince-inducing title, possibly the best Ender's Game vignette I've ever read and captures the rhythm of the book very well.
Heretical (http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/archive/19/heretical.html) is a fluffy little Saved piece that balances snark with respect for Mary's faith as well as or perhaps better than the movie.
