It's really freaking hot. *Longs for air conditioning*

I should not be allowed to shave my legs. *Looks at hairless but blood-speckled limbs*

I want enough energy to write, damn it.

I'm looking forward to the premiere of The Inside tonight, even though I have no idea if it's going to be any good or not. But I'm hopeful.

Need to think of something to have for dinner.

Need to buy vitamins.

Need sleep.

Wanna come here? It's arctic in my office at the moment. *shivers*

I should not be allowed to shave my legs.

Waxing, baby, it's all about the waxing. 30 seconds of pain vs. thousands of tiny cuts? The 30 seconds of pain are so worth it.

Hope you find something good for dinner, I'm stuck with leftover pasta. Again. *blech*

I'm afraid of wax, too! LOL. And I went outside and got bitten by mosquitos, so now I look REALLY classy. ;-)

I'm already done with this heat and it's only been here about 3 days. Ptoi.

1. It's too early in the summer for it to be this hot.

2. What the hell happened to spring?

Even with air conditioning it's really nasty today. *sighs*

*looks longingly at increasingly less murky swimming pool*

And I have to cook tonight, because I am out of leftovers. This is patently unfair.

I definitely have to cook. I'm thinking at this point that it might be nothing more than veggie burgers, though. And I had TWO avocados that were bad this week. *Cries*

TWO bad avocados? That's not right at all! Although I had a bad one the other night and was glad that I have taken to buying a spare.

I've got two in the kitchen now that I'm hoping to use in tonight's fajitas. I'm hoping at least one of them will be good. *fingers crossed*

*Crosses fingers for you*

I think that sometimes they reason they go bad is rough handling by the grocery store people -- either the produce people or the cashier or bagger. I always try to be so gentle with the produce becaue I hate when it ends up bruised and ucky.

*nods* When I buy green and hard ones and let them ripen at home they are *far* less likely to be bad or bruised when it's time to eat them. The two I have downstairs were more ripe than I like to buy, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that at least one of them is okay.

Yup! I won't even buy them if they aren't green and hard.

Okay, that's starting to sound strangely kinky. *Runs off*

Ugh, I can relate. Whenever I shave, I invariably end up cut somewhere. *grumbles* Ah, the disadvantages to being female.

And you're more than welcome to cool off here. There's a pool right outside my window. And it looks a bit chilly outside. California in June; go figure.

I'm rarely happy with the weather. I don't like it hot and I don't like it cold, and I don't like rain and I don't like snow. *Is hard to please*

*sigh*

during winter I long for summer and then once it is here I remember how much I hate the heat. I like spring and fall but the real thing, not what we so often get instead. I want perfect mild weather with no rain, no snow and maybe a nice light breaze.

I shaved my legs sunday and it was so hot and I ended up getting a heat rash on them...icky!

Exactly! Me, too. Spring and fall are the nicest, when we actually get them.
