It was an online cartoon with French people who were bored, and nuclear weapons flying through the air, and a kangaroo in Australia saying "WTF, mate?"

ETA - Found incredibly quickly by vaginasaurus and killerweasel.

Oh, I love that one. When I'm sleepy I'll say "But I am LE TIRED" and my husband will say "then have a nap. And then FIRE ZE MISSILES!"
