Okay, I tabbed this last night and forgot, cause I didn't delicious it, so I read both chapters here and I love this. Seriously. John the slightly-absent-minded dad is perfect because while I don't think John's a good dad, I think Joe is and there's too much of him leaking through, like with Angel and David, and seriously, this is amazing. I love Kayla, who's stilla kid for all she's smart and capricious and dude, the thing with his mouth?
I so, so love you for the "he's gay too" line. That was perfect and made me grin like a loon :)
