LJ post

For those of you who might otherwise miss it, Barak Berkowitz, the Six Apart guy, has posted in lj_biz about the upcoming permanent account sale and the "clarifying of policies" that's going to happen soon, really, any day now. (Only don't hold your breath, because as we've already seen it takes them ages to get around to posting, and even when they do it's only to say that they WILL be posting with actual info soon.)

The post includes him saying that he'll let us know which "kinds of content Six Apart is either unwilling to host or legally unable to host." So it's not just about what's legal or not, it's also about what they might or might not like, and whether we're ever going to be told what that is, exactly... your guess is as good as mine.

He does say that this clarification will be provided by the end of the day today (California time.)

Brownies!

These are, officially, the best brownies ever. It's a good thing I only ever want one brownie from each batch I bake, or I might eat them all. It's also good that they're so good, because if they weren't that would be 3 out of 3 less-than-stellar recipes from The New Best Recipe cookbook.
