Things That Don't Suck
Jun. 12th, 2007 07:28 pmLast night, Mr WG and I watched the last two episodes of Freaks and Geeks. (Wow, did it take forever for Netflix to finally get around to sending me disc 5! Then they sent 6 the next day!) What a great, fun show that was. It's a shame there's only the one season.
Tonight, we're going to watch Wilby Wonderful. I've seen it before and loved it, and they had it at the library, so I snagged it. I can't wait to see it again.
I ordered S4 of Six Feet Under! I've seen the whole series (S4 and S5 through Netflix) but only once, and I love the show so much. Anyway, I've been eyeing S4 for a long time, then passed up a chance to buy it used at a decent price from a local store, then regretted it and went back only to discover someone else had bought it. This past weekend I noticed that all 5 individual seasons are selling for $33.99 each at Amazon, which is a really good deal -- until recently, each season was about $55 -- and I had a $20 gift certificate, and at that point I couldn't resist. Yay! I can force Mr WG to watch it, and then I can get S5 and make him watch THAT.
