Remember to eat real meals today! Yay! I had a smoothie for breakfast -- one small banana, handful of frozen strawberries, rice milk, tsp of evening primrose oil -- and a spinach salad for lunch.)
Get on top of this allergy reaction! *Sneezes 6 million times in a row* Not perfect, but much better. Am sleeping, though, as a result of the antihistamine.

[livejournal.com profile] tsuki_no_bara pointed out yesterday that referring to non-convention activities as "non-con" might get confusing. :-P

Look at the cool icon [livejournal.com profile] essene made me! I'm not actually that stressed, I just wanted to use the icon.

So yeah, I did a lot of stuff today, but none of it was packing. Oops. And now as I'm taking out clothes and looking at my options, I'm realizing that I pretty much don't have anything between "at-home slob" (aka sweatpants and sweatshirts) and "okay for a family wedding" (aka formal and looking way too old for me.) Not that I have any idea what's in fashion, how to tell what fashions are appropriate for a 36 year old, etc. Eesh. If you see me at [livejournal.com profile] muskratjamboree, I'll be the one looking like I ought to be wiping up cat puke or helping a six year old discover the joys of mixing together various liquids from the fridge so that he can create "Oakland stew." (Don't ask.) Considering how limited my choices are, you'd think packing would be easy. I keep opening the closet to see if anything new and exciting has appeared. Hey, you never know! The flannel shirts and renaissance garb might breed.

I'll be leaving in the morning, but I'm not sure when. I don't want to go barging into the hotel room too early and wake up [livejournal.com profile] raveninthewind, who will be working on another time zone entirely, and I'm all worried I won't find anyone to talk to and it'll be like junior high all over again OMG!!! (I'm not really freaked out.)
