Sleeping Stone comes out in two more days!

I might be a little bit excited about this. :-P

Sleeping Stone is the first original gay erotica I tried my hand at writing. It was a challenge in more ways than one -- the format started out interestingly wonky and insisted on staying that way despite my best attempts to convince it otherwise. I started it in 2002 and didn't finish it until 2006, and not for lack of trying. Look, I still have the icon I made for it back before I knew what I was doing with Photoshop, LOL.

Anyway, it comes out on Wednesday the 24th, and I feel confident that people who like my writing in general are really, really going to enjoy it. :-D

OMG! Also, the sequel to Chris Owen's Bareback, Natural Disaster, comes out the same day, and it available for pre-order now. Wheeeeee!

Okay, I feel a little bit bad for posting this, because it seems kind of mean, but check out these fainting goats. Apparently, they're genetically bred to have their muscles lock up when they're startled, so if you scare them, they freeze up and fall over. It seems cruel to laugh at them, but I couldn't help it.

I have the distinct feeling that I'm not doing something I'm supposed to be doing. Well, actually, there are a lot of things I'm supposed to be doing that I'm not doing, but I'm worried that there's an additional thing I've forgotten about entirely.

I want someone to make specific vids for me so I don't have to. (And because I'm almost certain not to.) I want a Gwen/Torchwood vid to Snow Patrol's "Set The Fire To The Third Bar" and an Atlantis Rodney vid to "Make This Go On Forever." Because, yes, I've been listening to Snow Patrol's newest album in a very obsessive manner.

Found out via janedavitt that author Tanya Huff (andpuff's) Blood series is being made into a TV show which will start airing in the US on Lifetime in March. Wheeee! I love, love, love the characters in the Victory Nelson books and I'm so delighted about this.

I'm sleepy. Is it bedtime yet? I have a million and one things to do tomorrow and really all I want to do is spend the day in bed refusing to speak to anyone.
