Jimmy Beans Wool (http://www.jimmybeanswool.com/) is my favorite. They have a wide selection and the fastest shipping I've ever seen. They're my go-to place for Lorna's Laces and they have a "colorway of the month" program that's kind of addictive, as well as good sales.
Angelika's Yarn Store (http://www.yarn-store.com/) doesn't have the prettiest Web site, but she also has a good selection of Lorna's Laces as well as several other brands. Also great customer service.
I bought some discontinued yarn at Paradise Fibers (http://www.paradisefibers.net/) last year and was impressed with their Web site and their helpfulness.
Flying Fingers (http://www.flyingfingers.com/) is another store that could stand to update their Web site, but they have a great selection of upscale yarns -- I especially like them for Colinette -- and they have nice big pictures of each yarn so you get a good idea of the colors. They ship quickly and sometimes put friendly little notes in the package.
Knitpicks is fun to browse, and I love their print catalog. But they must ship via land tortoise; everything I've ever ordered from them has taken weeks to arrive. And I've found the quality of their yarns to be iffy. They have a great book sale twice a year, though, so it's worth watching for that.
