27. Chicks Dig Time Lords edited by Lynne M. Thomas and Tara O'Shea. Wonderful collection of essays by women who love Doctor Who. I could really identify with so many of the writers, especially because I was a fan of Tom Baker's Who as a teenager.
28. The Meat Lover's Meatless Cookbook by Kim O'Donnel. Meh. Got this from the library because the title seemed to imply a sort of awesomeness, but in fact few of the recipes really interest me.
29. Room by Emma Donoghue. Wow. I don't even want to comment too much on this one because almost anything I could say would be spoilery right off the bat, but it was completely amazing and I think everyone should consider reading it (once they're aware that there's some stuff with trigger potential, that is. I'd be glad to provide more detail re: that if it would help anyone on the fence decide one way or the other.)
