*Blinking and in need of caffeine*
Yesterday I had a root canal. Whee. I suspect it's the first of two I'm going to need, but we won't make that call until this one's had a chance to heal up, get a permanent filling, etc.
What I've been watching -- Atlantis started up again, hooray! I'm so happy about this, and really looking forward to the rest of S3 (which I am unspoiled for, so please not to be spoiling me!) I loved seeing the team on screen again, even though the crossover with SG1 stuff never does as much for me as JUST having the Atlantis characters in an episode. Still, I liked it. :-)
Is there new Supernatural this week?
I saw the first three episodes of Drive, and while it's not my kind of show in general and I doubt if it's going to be something I'll be fannish about, I've enjoyed the time that Nathan Fillion and Melanie Lynskey are on screen.
Mr WG and I are currently watching Freak and Geeks from Netflix and really liking it a lot.
I saw Elizabethtown last night (borrowed it from the library) and I'm glad I didn't waste a Netflix slot on it, LOL. It was mediocre at best, despite the nice soundtrack and the prettiness of Orlando Bloom. Overall, the plot didn't do much for me and I never felt emotionally invested in the characters.
We're still watching The Riches but our interest is waning. It's a very well-made show but I for one am finding it a little too uncomfortable to watch these characters that I like go through so much hardship and emotional trauma. A little too much hurt and not enough comfort for me, I guess.
I'm also still watching Blood Ties, and still liking it. It'll never be THE BEST TV EVER OMG, but there are supernatural elements and a strong female character and the constant tease of deliciously complicated romance, and that's probably enough to keep me watching despite the fact that I really prefer shows that I watch to be in the 8 or 9 pm timeslots (by the 10-11 slot I'm often running out of steam.) I love the actors, though.
The boy discovered the joy of Webkinz at the library yesterday (they got an account there so kids can play) and now he'd like one of his own. Part of today's quest may be trying to find one.

How's your mouth feeling today? You've been so abused, you poor thing!

Which one is The Pegasus Project? I don't know if I've seen it.

The Pegasus Project is SG-1 10x3, where SG-1 (well, Daniel, Cam, and Carter, anyway) go to Atlantis to try to get some information for stuff going on in our own galaxy. There's lots of fun interaction, especially with John and Rodney.

Jane got me to buy a Webkinz for my two nieces at Christmas and they fell in love!! Addicitive little things, eh? ;)
And I'm with you on watching Nathan Fillion... he gets beaten down so very prettily.

Yeah, I'm with you on not BEST TV EVER but still fun and the three leads are doing a nice job with the UST. I'm looking forward to the second part of last week's story.
Sending along good dental vibes as well, I'm going for 4 caps next month. Ouch.

*Hugs* on the dental work. If it's any consolation, the root canal, while lengthy and a little uncomfortable, was NOT painful.

Webkinz! OMG, run, run! ::g::
We have about twenty in the house...the girls are both obsessed by them.
They are so hard to get right now; i was shopping for one last week for a birthday present and five shops were sold out so I gave up.
Amazon sell them, though.

((hugs)) root canals suck.
I also get to watch Atlantis as Matt's a si-fi freak. Other than that I'm falling behind because he insists on watching stuff I don't.
Blah.
Good think I can download or I'd fall terribly behind in everything. Hero's comes back on Monday and he is SO going to get into it so I can watch, LOL.
