Question!

Answer quickly!

I ordered a video game for my niece for Christmas. It is now the Amazon Gold Box deal (for an hour) and $17 cheaper. I could order the current less expensive version and return the more expensive one when it arrived, couldn't I? Should I bother? I'll have to pay to return the more expensive one, plus I'll have to actually go to the post office etc to do it. It might be too much trouble. But... $17.

ETA - I decided to order the cheaper version and return the more expensive one. Thanks!

Can you cancel the expensive one? If it's from Amazon, they let you do that if it's not already in the pipeline.

ETA Sorry; didn't see up thread :-)

Thanks, Jane! The more expensive one is in a package with some other things, plus I think it's in Illinois now, LOL, after starting in Nevada. So it was too late to cancel it, although I certainly would have if I could! Hopefully Amazon won't be difficult about letting me return the first one. If it ever arrives, ha ha.
