Question!

Answer quickly!

I ordered a video game for my niece for Christmas. It is now the Amazon Gold Box deal (for an hour) and $17 cheaper. I could order the current less expensive version and return the more expensive one when it arrived, couldn't I? Should I bother? I'll have to pay to return the more expensive one, plus I'll have to actually go to the post office etc to do it. It might be too much trouble. But... $17.

ETA - I decided to order the cheaper version and return the more expensive one. Thanks!

It is, it's totally lame. Why spend all the extra money shipping (I got free shipping, so I'm not paying for it) the second package to me, so I can send the first one back and get a refund, when instead they could just credit me the difference? But apparently that's what they want to do. *Shrugs*
