I can't help with the Buffy-missage, but I have something I've been meaning to tell you... I was thinking of you the other day because someone asked me "What made you a slasher?" And I said, "Reading 'Seeing Distant Things' by Wesleysgirl." Which is totally true. I was a Spike/Buffy shipper, and one day I was puttering around on allaboutspike.com and saw Spike/Xander and kinda had a WTF moment. Then I picked around a bit, had more WTF moments, and then I read your story. And said, "Of course. This is real." And I've been a slasher ever since, even though I've moved on to other fandoms.
So even though Buffy is gone, it's so, SO not forgotten. Its influence lives on, as does yours. :D
