PBS poll, Sarah Palin

PBS is running a simple poll regarding whether or not people feel Sarah Palin is qualified to be Vice President of the US. One click!

(Currently the vote is tied, which I find utterly mind-boggling as well as fairly unlikely. Please vote!)

PBS poll.

Just what do you need to be qualified for VP? As a non-American I can say that your VPs are known mostly for complaining about fictional TV characters and accidentally shooting people. Isn't she qualified for that?

I'm pretty sure that you can vote multiple times on that poll, so the results are fairly useless.

Thanks for the link. It's still tied - I wonder if they are either not showing live tracking or if people really are that insane.

It's 4:11pm and it's *still* tied. O.o

I went ahead and voted, and it told me any subsequent votes wouldn't be counted from this computer. *shrug*

I can believe it's tied, though. My parents would both happily vote "yes". *sigh* It's tough being the black sheep in the family.

I just voted and it's still tied 49-49. How can anyone vote Yes?!!

It's still tied! Oy. It's disheartening to see that so many people think Palin is qualified.

But, it's not a scientific poll, so I shall refuse to put any weight in its results.

It's still tied. Something must be wrong with it. Like the results are fixed. As in the Florida vote a few years back.

It's too mind boggling to actually believe that it's tied. I think that something's wrong with it. Maybe too many people all screaming "NO!" at the top of their lungs as they violently punch the 'no' button...or something like that..

You have to think about that cliche of "she'd be only one heartbeat away from being president." And since I don't think that if, god forbid, McCain is elected he'll live through the first few years (honestly, the man doesn't look well. Or sound rational or sane, but anyway...), there's a decent chance that she'd end up president.
