Butternut Squash Soup with Sage and Parmesean

Cutting up the squash is a pain, but after that it's really quick and easy. (See if your supermarket sells precut squash) Feel free to experiment with using spices other than sage - it's really good with ginger, garlic, curry and garam masala. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
