Apple pie?

Does anyone have a favorite recipe for an apple pie that has that streusel kind of topping (instead of a top crust?)

ROFL! That's the plan. *Grin* I'm sure I can find a recipe online without any trouble, but it's nicer to be able to use a recipe someone else has actually made and knows is good.
