TGIF

Writing's going pretty well, all things considered. One of those things is that I'm discovering that I've pretty much lost the ability to focus on just one thing at a time. I've gotten so good at multi-tasking that it's practically impossible to ONLY do one thing. This means that instead of sitting down and writing my 2000 words a day, I sit down and write 100 words, get up and do some household chore, sit down and write another 100 words, get up again, etc. Which overall isn't the end of the world, since I am getting the writing done, but it feels very scattered and it ends up taking me all day instead of the couple of hours it would probably take if I just sat down and DID it. I'm trying not to let it make me crazy, but it is, a little bit.

For the next week I'm going back to working on the WorkCamp!Wes story No Going Home. Then I'll need to spend a couple of weeks working on ficathon stories, and then I'm probably going to work on some original fic for a few weeks. This is the plan.
