Cookies!

Today is cookie day. I have made and baked two batches of cookies -

Copycat Momofuku Cornflake Marshmallow cookies
Double Ginger Cookies

and mixed up a half batch (because it makes soooo many otherwise) of

Coconut Cranberry Macaroons but have not yet baked them.

Currently, there is a batch of brownies with Christmas-colored M&Ms in the oven.
