Seriously, I feel like I have nothing to say. Exercising and eating right and recording it all on SparkPeople takes up so much time, and so does the added shopping because I have to shop at least twice a week now or I run out of fresh fruits and veggies. I'm so BORED. Exercising is BORING. Tracking my calories is BORING. UGH. All I can say is, I hope eventually this becomes second nature and I can stop with all the boring tracking and just keep doing the right stuff without it taking so much time.

Funny stuff - I was reading a website where someone was asking for what kind of low-cal dessert she could make for her dieting mother, and someone else suggested, "Give her broken cookies. The calories all fall out that way." *Snerk*
